These terms and conditions of sale govern bookings made with La Bastide des Romarins, a guest house in the Alpilles, Provence, 13750 Plan-d'Orgon, France, for the rental of its suites (Bastide, Tournesol, Romarin, Soleil).
All bookings are made online at https://labastidedesromarins.com or through our distribution partners (notably Booking.com). A booking is confirmed once secure online payment has been made via our payment provider, Mollie.
Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding the tourist tax, which is payable in addition and calculated per person per night according to the current scale shown on our Rates page.
Payment for the stay is made online at the time of booking, by bank card, via a secure connection. Certain services — dinner, stays with a pet — are paid for directly at the guest house.
Any cancellation must be notified by email to reservation@labastidedesromarins.com.
Check-in from 4 pm and check-out by 10.30 am, unless otherwise agreed with your hosts.
Pets under 10 kg are welcome in certain suites for a supplement, under the conditions set out on our Rates page. Please contact us directly for any stay with a pet. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times on the property so as not to disturb other guests.
In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, accommodation services provided on a specific date are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance sales.
La Bastide des Romarins cannot be held liable for damage to, or loss or theft of, personal belongings during the stay, unless it is proven to be at fault.
