When you make a booking, we collect: surname, first name, email address, phone number, postal address and information about your stay (dates, number of guests, options chosen). Card details are entered directly on the secure platform of our payment provider, Mollie, and never pass through our servers.
This data is used to: process your booking, contact you about your stay, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. With your consent, anonymised browsing data is also used to measure and improve website traffic.
Processing is based on the performance of the booking contract and, where applicable, on compliance with legal obligations. Audience measurement is based on your consent.
Your data may be shared with: Mollie (payment processing), Render (website hosting), OVH (email) and Google (audience measurement, with your consent). No data is ever sold to third parties.
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to manage your booking, then archived in accordance with legal retention requirements (in particular for accounting purposes).
